How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from FabAlley once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, log into your account on the FabAlley app or website, and go to the My Orders section to get all the information.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at customercare@faballey.com or +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262.
How can I track my order?
Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways -
- After you log in to your FabAlley account, go to the ‘My Account’ page and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status.
Please note that this link becomes valid only 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
- Alternatively, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website
In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website in real-time, we will share the AWB number and the provider’s name with you via email, and on your account page. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is –
- Go to the service provider's website
- Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship your order within 24 business hours and it will be delivered within 1-3 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location.
For International orders, the average delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on the country of residence.
How soon will the status of my order be updated to 'Delivered' in my FabAlley account?
Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for the status to be updated to ‘Delivered’.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it.
Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to call us on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262 or mail us at customercare@faballey.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted?
Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our customer care team on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262 so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.

Do the shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?
All shipping charges are FLAT irrespective of the order size and weight.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We ship your order within 24 business hours and it will be delivered within 1-3 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location.
For International orders, the average delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on the country of residence.
What delivery methods do you use?
We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, OnlineXpress, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTCT for shipments in India. All international orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.
How do international duties and taxes work?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and solely depend on the customs rules at that point in time. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to define the cost as it varies from country to country.
What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
Return & Exchange
What is FabAlley’s 10-days return & exchange policy? How does it work?
FabAlley’s 10-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the FabAlley website/m-site/app for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Kindly note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 10-days Return & Exchange Policy:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from FabAlley’s website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please note that we do not refund any COD charges incurred by you.
- The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges.
- If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. A fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy
- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your FabAlley account.
- Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return
Which products are not eligible for return and exchange?
Returns or exchanges would not be accepted for Luxe styles and any customized items altered as per body measurements. Please note, the outfit may be intentionally tailored with one inch ease for a comfortable fit.
How do I return products purchased from FabAlley?
You can return products purchased from FabAlley within 10 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps -
- Click on 'Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the FabAlley App/Website/M-site and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.
- Please note, if the mode of payment for the order was Cash on Delivery, you have the option to get the money refunded to a bank account of your choice or take the refund as FabAlley store credits for future purchases with us. If you choose a bank transfer, please ensure the bank account details you enter are accurate and complete. High Street Essentials Private Limited will not validate a bank account number and will not be responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
- We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the following address -

How do I place an exchange request on FabAlley?
If you want to exchange products purchased from FabAlley, please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- You can create an exchange request for products purchased from FabAlley within 10 days of its delivery under the “My Orders” section of the FabAlley App/Website/M-site.
- We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the exchange within 1 - 3 business days from the exchange request placement date.
- Once your product is picked, the exchange process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours. A new product in the size you requested will be dispatched to you in the following 48-72 business hours.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising an exchange request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Exchange ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the following address -

- In case you face any size issue with the exchanged product as well, please note that we will not provide a further exchange. You may self-ship the exchange back to us, and we will process store credit/refund for the same as per your preference.
Does FabAlley pick up the product I want to return/exchange from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from selected pin codes. Please note the following salient points -
- We will pick up the return within 1-3 business days from the request placement date
- Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact
How can I self-ship the return/exchange product to FabAlley?
In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the item(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID in the package. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 via FabAlley Store Credits.

Where should I self-ship the products to be returned/exchanged?

By when can I self-ship the products that I wish to return/exchange?
You can self-ship the products you wish to return/exchange by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return/exchange request. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return/exchange request will not be considered.
How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
- If your return order is picked up by us, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of the pickup, and a refund confirmation email and SMS will be sent to you. The refund amount will reflect in your source account in the next 5-7 business days. In case the refund is to be made in the form FabAlley Store Credits, the amount will reflect in 24-48 business hours.
- If you self-ship the return order, the product(s) will first go through a quality check at our end. Once it clears the check, the refund process will be initiated within 24-48 business hours and the amount will reflect in your source account in the next 5-7 business days. If the refund is to be made in the form of FabAlley Store Credits, the amount will reflect in 24-48 business hours. In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund
I have received store credits how do I redeem them while placing an order?
Please sign in with your registered email ID to view and utilize your store credits. On the checkout page, a store credit tab will reflect your store credits. Here, the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits.
Please note, store credits cannot be used to cover COD charges.
How do I return/exchange multiple products from a single order?
- If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
- You can return as many items from a single order within the 10-days return policy. We will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the same.
Why did the pick-up of my product fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from FabAlley?
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return’ under the ‘My Orders’ section of the FabAlley App/Website/M-site and follow the instructions to upload the images. Please keep in mind the following–
- You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on customercare@faballey.com or call us on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
Cancellation Policy
What is FabAlley’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order through the FabAlley website/M-site/app until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at customercare@faballey.com or on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262.
How do I cancel my order?

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
For wallet & store credits the refund shall reflect within 24 hours.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
If the payment was made by redeeming an Indya Gift Card, you will receive the refund amount into your Indya Store Credits within 24 hours. Any amount paid over and above the gift card value, will be refunded to the source account in as per the stipulated timeline.

How do I cancel my international order?
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you. If you want to cancel the order please drop us an e-mail at customercare@faballey.com or call us on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262 with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours.
What is the return policy for international orders?
If you wish to return an order, kindly get in touch with our customer care team at customercare@faballey.com or on +91-8929987349 / 0120-6850262 within 10 days of receiving the order.
For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address-

Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the refund in your source account within 24-48 business hours.
Please note that the refund amount will be calculated post deducting the import charges and shipping and handling costs.
What if I don't want to pay my international duties and taxes?
If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made

How can I place an order on the FabAlley website/M-Site/App?
Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website/M-site/app -
- Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO BAG"
- Go to your bag page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy
- You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’ or enter your Gift Card code if any by clicking on ‘Redeem Gift Card’
- Click 'CHECKOUT'
- Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.
- Enter your shipping and billing address
- Choose from prepaid & COD payment options
- Re-check your order details
- Click on "Place Order"
- In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be re-directed to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.
- In case of a COD order, an additional Rs.50 will be levied as a COD charge
- For international orders, we do not offer the option to pay cash on delivery.
- Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with all your order information.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the FabAlley site and app?
You can be assured that FabAlley offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners who are PCI DSS compliant. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.
How do I redeem a coupon/gift card?
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy, select the size and click ‘Add to Bag’, and view your cart. Here you can enter the discount/coupon code or enter your gift card code, click on Apply Code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.
What happens to the money deducted from my debit card/credit card/Net Banking/Wallet for an unsuccessful prepaid order?
If your money is debited for an unsuccessful order, you need not worry. It will automatically roll back within 7 business days. You may choose to place a new order without worrying about the failed transaction. Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 5,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.
How do I pay the courier executive for a COD purchase?
You may pay the courier executive using cash.
Product Condition & Product Care
Product Condition
- Please be careful when trying on clothing, items must be returned in their original condition. Original condition means that items must be unused and unworn, with no marks, scent or damage.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging with product tags attached.
- Majority of our items contain embellishments and embroidery and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading/ sequence may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. These garments should be worn with care.
Product Care
- Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only.
- Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned.
- More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly.
- Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colors are not guaranteed.
- We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
NOTE: It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing, if in doubt Dry Clean.
